Filing a FOIA Request with the Village of Glenview

From the E-Glenview Report:

Under the terms of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), public bodies are required to make existing public records available for inspection and copying. The goal is to ensure that people have access to the information they need to make informed political judgments and monitor government business. If you plan to make a FOIA request, be sure to complete our FOIA Form. The Village has seven days to respond, and there is a fee schedule ranging from 25 cents/photocopied page to $2.50 for the first certified document requested.
