Are You Ready to Switch Over to Digital TV on Friday, June 12?

Currently, many over-the-air TV stations are broadcasting in both analog and digital TV formats. But on Friday, June 12th, all TV stations will begin broadcasting only in digital. Are you ready for the switch?

The DTV transition will affect those who watch free over-the air television – through a rooftop antenna or “rabbit ears.” If you watch over-the-air programs on an analog TV, you must take action now.

What can you do?
1. Connect your analog TV to a digital-to-analog converter box.
2. Buy a digital television (a TV with a built-in digital tuner).
3. Subscribe to a paid TV provider service such as cable or satellite TV.

Want more information? Click on http://www.dtv.gov/ or call Phone: 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322).
